my first blog

So my mom is on this thing and she uses it to post updates of her life and quilting and I use it to keep up with what she is working on. So here is my post of what I am working on. Maybe it will motivate me to finish all the projects i need to get done. The first one is my saints quilt remake....its really starting to come along. I have one more border of 9 patches left to do and then the final gold and black border and then the hard part quilting it.

The second pic I am doing as leader/ender project that i sew on while doing rest of Saints quilt. It is Judy L pattern Scrap Ahoy she posted on her blog a week or two ago. I had been trying to get organized and had tons of scraps cut up so hopefully this will help put a dent in it (prob not as I still have bags of scraps not yet cut up into useable pieces) and give me a great quilt to have for someone to use when they come sleep b/c for some reason I never seem to have enough. Well thats it for my first blog.........
